Change internet service course
You can change your internet service by youself. Login to the Nirai portal and Select [Change course] menu. You can also change your course by visiting our offfice or by fax application form.
- Fee
- No charge.
but if it is needed to change the cable modem, it costs 1,050 yen. - How to change

- Go to Nirai Portal, and change your course by yourself.
- Visit our office, and go through the formalities.
(Please be sure to prepare the Official identification of representative.)
*We are not able to accept it by telephone and by e-mail.
Change cable television service plan
You can change present cable television service by telepnone or by e-mail.
- Fee
- If you change from digital popular to digital prime course (same as the opposite course), it costs free. But if you change from analog to digital couese (same as the opposite course), it costs 3,150 yen.

When you lose Account Notice
Reissue the Account Notice in our office
- Fee
- No charge.
- How to reissue

- If the contracor person visit our office, We confirm your ID card(driver's license or health insurance card) for the personal identification, then reissue the Account Notice soon.
- If the other person (include your family) visit, We request their ID card and the letter of attorney from the contractor person.
Receive the Account Notice by post mail.
- Fee
- 525 yen
- How to reissue
- We will send Login ID notification and Account notification by the delivery record post mail, after confirming application from the customer.
It takes 525 yen commission fee. Please note that it may take about one week until reaching your home.
Please print out the following pages, and send it by fax or post mail after filling in and stamping a necessary matter.
When you move
If you move to the place where is in our service area, please tell us by telephone or by e-mail before 14 days.
*If you move to the place where is out of our service area, we are sorry to cancel the contract.
- Fee
- It costs 10,500 yen . If you contract both internet and cable television service, it costs 15,750 yen.

Change contract items (name, address, bank's account etc)
If there are any changes in contract items, please tell us by telephone or by e-mail. In some cases, it needs to fill out a form.

Stop our service
If you want to stop our service, please tell us by telephone or by e-mail. You can stop our service as long as 3 months (in some cases, we may allow 6 months).
- Fee
- During this period of time, it continue to cost monthly rental fee of catv tunerbox (or internet cable modem).

Cancel the contract
If you cancel the contract, please tell us by telephone or by e-mail before 14 days. With the cancellation, it needs to remove the cable facilities wiring to your house. so it costs 5,250 yen as a removal fee.
