You can make a discount calls to regular telephone lines and cellular phone more than using regular telephone line.

The call charges will be billed through your current telephone company, as before.
- Calls made to numbers starting with 0120, 0570, and so on
- Calls made to services having three-digit numbers including emergency such as 110, 119 and 117

Application method of Nirai phone
- Go to application form, and apply for Nirai phone.
- Our company sales staff visit for the contract and adjust schedule of cable modem exchange constraction.
If you are new subscriber or member of cable television service, Our company sales staff estimates about possible judgment of installation construction, and an installation cost of construction. - We pass setting information, such as IP telephone number, simultaneously with modem exchange construction.
- You can use, as soon as connection of telephone set is completed
* When the telephone wiring work from a cable modem is required by user, it becomes a charge.
* Please understand beforehand that there is a case where a construction schedule takes time when the application is crowded.
