Nirai Portal user's guide
In Nirai Portal, the confirmation of the contractual coverage and the E-mail address can be changed.

How to login to the Nirai Portal?
- Enter your login ID in [Login name]
- Enter password in [Password]
- Click [OK], then go to Nirai Portal.
Notice:
When you access to the Nirai Portal, It needs to access within Nirai Internet Service. If you access to the Nirai Portal by way of the other provider,
You cannot access.
If you forget login password.
- Click [go to], in [Here when you forget the password. go to]. then go to [Login password issue]
- Enter login ID in [Login name]
- Enter your E-mail address in [Mail address]
- Click [Send password] button, then we will send you the one time password for E-mail.
If you forget login ID.
Notice:
This site is written in Japanese.
- Click here, then go to the Login ID Issue .
- Enter your contract information in Japanese that are requested.
- Click [issue], then we will send you the login ID for E-mail.
How to reissue login ID in the other way.
Reissue notification in our office
- If the contracor person visit to our office, We confirm your ID card(driver's license or health insurance card) for the personal identification, then reissue the notification soon.
- If the other person (include your family) visit, We request their ID card and the letter of attorney from the contractor person.
Please visit Naha main office or Chubu branch office.
Receive the issue notification by post mail.
We will send Login ID notification and Account notification by the delivery record post mail, after confirming application from the customer. It takes 525 yen commission fee. Please note that it may take about one week until reaching your home.
Please print out the following pages, and send it by fax or post mail after filling in and stamping a necessary matter.
