The setting method of not leaving mail on the mail server

For Macintosh Mail

If you set up parameters to leave the copy of message on the mail server, it may occur trouble when you receive messeges. So, please correct it in the following procedure.

  1. Open Mail, then click [Prederences] under [Mail] menu
  2. Select your account then click [Edit]
  3. Click [Advanced] tab. then check [Remove copy from server after retrieving a message:]
  4. Select [Right away]
  5. Click [OK]. The setup is complete .
